 FAQs: Let’s get you answers

  • Our classes are designed for adults of all fitness levels. Whether you’re a beginner or already flexible, you’ll find the right pace and guidance.

  • Not at all! No prior experience is required. Our instructors will guide you step by step, ensuring you feel comfortable and supported.

  • Please bring comfortable workout clothing, a water bottle, and a yoga mat if you have one. Mats are available at the studio if needed.

  • For best results, we recommend attending 2–3 times per week, but even one class a week will bring noticeable improvements over time.

  • Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing (like leggings, shorts, or a t-shirt) that allows free movement. Shoes are not required—classes are done barefoot or in socks.
